The coffee business has been good to McCullagh Coffee Roaster, which has an expansion brewing on the agenda of the city's Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday.
McCullagh is proposing a new 4,959-square-foot metal-panel addition to its existing warehouse facility at 245 Swan St.
The one-story addition, which would include manufacturing space, storage and offices, would be located in the southwest corner of the property, closer to Myrtle Avenue. A parking lot in the rear also would be re-striped as part of the project, which also includes some new landscaping.
McCullagh received a pair of zoning variances for setback and first-floor windows for the project, designed by Dean Architects.
